The Museum’s exhibits are carefully designed to nurture visitors scientific imaginations, build their confidence and competence, and encourage them to test, tinker, create, and wonder! Our exhibit philosophy responds to a persons need to learn through concrete interactions — touching, exploring, manipulating , experimenting and hands-on learning.

The Park is 5 1/2 acres and includes several picnic tables, restrooms, green areas for children to play and tons more!

This barn is the oldest adobe building in Fresno (built in 1891).It was used by the Roessler family as a winery.
On the South end of the park we have our Miwok bark houses built by members of the Miwok tribe
Our huge whisper dishes sit facing each other and amplify sound so each person inside the dish can hear each other even though they are seperated by a distance.
he Cactus Garden was donated by theDeutsch family
Our pond has fish, turtles, crayfish, tadpoles, and frongs. Nets are provided for children to cach and release smaller pond animals.
Located on the West side of the park are our metal T-rex and Pteranodon.
